On 07/28/2025, from 8:40am to 10:15am, Classroom #1 exceeded the required staff to child ratio, with two staff members supervising up to 30 children between the ages of 3 and 5. Two children in Classroom #1 had diagnosed special needs, and their records included assessments and behavior guidance strategies for staff. Staff reported that managing the number of children during this time frame was challenging due to instances of aggressive behavior exhibited towards other children, staff and self on a regular basis.
