Evidence: 1 - In the four year old room there was a set of plastic drawers that appear to be collapsing and not in proper working order. 2 - In the multi-purpose room there are five shelving units, approximately 6 feet tall, that are not secured to the wall and therefore pose a toppling hazard. 3 - Staff 1 stated that the shelving units in the multi-purpose room are not secured to the wall.
