    The window in one of the classrooms had a broken pane of glass that had been taped over. There was rotting wood on three of the exterior windows, two areas of the exterior wall inside of the playground that were broken, three tricycles in disrepair. a broken tile at the entrance of one of the classrooms, peeling and missing cove base, and peeling paint.

    Two bikes on the playground did not have pedals on the metal bars. One bike had exposed rust and the plastic seat was broken. The see-saw/rocker had exposed rust. Along the perimeter there is a 2-3" wide dip between the concrete and poured in place surfacing that creates a potential trip hazard.
