8VAC20-780-500-B · Based on observation and staff interview, the center did not ensure the diapering surface was sanitized after each use.

Evidence: 1. Staff #2 in the infant classroom was observed during a diaper change. The staff member sprayed the disinfectant solution on the diapering surface and then immediately wiped the surface. 2. The staff member did not allow the solution to air dry on the surface for a minimum of two minutes or according to the disinfectant solution instructions.
