    Evidence: In the three and four years classroom, the closet was observed with key inside and unlocked. The closet contained multiple painting containers with the labels " keep out of reach of children" and "warning". In the infant and toddler room, there was hand soap on the sink with the labels "keep out of reach of children" and "caution" The school age bathroom storage was unlocked and it contained multiple disinfectant cleaners with the labels "keep out of reach of children" and "caution" accessible to children.
