    Evidence: The center's video footage in the infant classroom on 08/15/2023, there were four children sitting in bucket seats at the feeding/activity table. Staff #1 pushed the table while children were sitting in the seats and the leg collapsed on the opposite side. Staff #1 confirmed she was trying to slide the table. Injury report and staff interview stated Child #1 had a foot fracture.
