On 3/4/2025 Staff #1 sent Child #2 to Restroom "A", where Child #1 was already occupying one of the two available toilets. Staff #1 walked a few feet away from Restroom" A" to briefly assist the children in Restroom "B". When Staff #1 returned to Restroom "A", Child #2 relayed that an interaction had occurred which Staff #1 was unaware of because Staff #1 had been unable to hear the verbal exchange between Child #1 and Child #2 from her position at Restroom "B". Staff #2 was at the carpet with the remainder of the children and was also unable to hear the exchange between Child #1 and Child #2 in Restroom A.
