8VAC20-800-280 · Based on observation and interview, the provider did not ensure potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, and deodorizers were stored away from food in areas inaccessible to children.
Evidence: During the virtual video call, the provider put in view the unlocked hall closet where cleaning materials were being storied. Two items of cleaning material were located on a low shelf in reach of children in care. The provider confirmed the cleaning materials were on the lower shelf.
