Evidence: 1.On April 24, 2024 at approximately 10:45 a.m., Staff A left Infant A, age 12 months, alone sleeping in a crib in the infant room for approximately 10 minutes. 2.On a second occasion Staff A left the infant room, leaving infant A, age 12 months, and Infant B, age 8 months alone in the classroom. One infant was in a door frame jumper between the infant classroom and PreK classroom and the second infant was lying on a boppy pillow drinking a bottle by themself for approximately 10 minutes.
