In the report, the center's representative wrote that the center was out of instant ice packs so they were unable to give ice to the injured child. On 11/16/2022, staff were interviewed on site. Staff #2 who was present on site the day of the injury confirmed that the staff were unable to locate and provide ice or a cooling agent. An ice pack or cooling agent is an emergency supply that is required to be available at the center.
