Evidence: The center documented that ?Grandma found her granddaughter in the hallway, alone and crying, and she got upset being alone in the hallway.? According to reports and interviews, C1, a school age child, was left alone for a minute or so when the class transitioned from the classroom to the outside playground. The center reported C1?s was separated from her class when C1 reentered the classroom to get her coat. The center documented that staff, S1, ??admitted to not completing a thorough Name-to-Face Check at the door when taking the class outside.?
