Evidence: 1. Interviews and video footage revealed that staff #1, date of employment 2/11/22, yelled at child #1, age 4 years, to get off of the cot after nap time was over. Staff #1 was observed to pick child #1 up off of the cot under the arms and place child #1 on the floor causing child #1 to start crying. Staff #1 did not try to comfort the child or redirect the child.
