The gate located on this fencing has a gap between the gate and the pole. 3. There were 2 sharp knives and a pair of kitchen scissors located in an unsecured drawer in the classroom kitchen in the Pre-K classroom. 4. There was a sharp butcher knife in a bucket on the counter in the 2 year old classroom kitchen.

Evidence: 1. Interviews with staff and administration confirmed that Staff #1 was verbally aggressive to children in care in the preschool room, using a harsh tone, raised voice and language such as "stop that right now," "get over here," "this is ridiculous, I don't understand why you guys aren't sitting still" and "I'm coming over there if you don't stop." 2. Administration acknowledged they were working with Staff #1 on her tone and using age and stage appropriate language with the children.
