Evidence: 1.In the infant room, the baseboard trim was not fully around the borders of the wall, near the door, exposing wall plaster and tiny particles of plaster around the base. 2. On the outside playground, a rusted bar was identified inside of the climbing rock wall, next to the picnic table. 3. On the outside playground, several pieces of playground equipment were identified with broken parts, exposing pointing edges; the brown tree base with purple butterfly and pink slide was broken in two areas, picnic table inside the rock climbing wall was broken along the edges of the tabletop and tree top was disconnected and lying on the ground , cracked down the middle.
