Evidence: On 5/13/24 the Licensing Inspector asked Staff #1 in the ?Prep? classroom for three- and four-year-olds about children with food allergies in the classroom. Staff #1 stated that there were no children with food allergies but then corrected themself and said they did have a child with a food intolerance. Documentation reviewed that Child D, who was present in the classroom, has a banana allergy with an emergency medication and allergy care plan on file with the center.
