Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the center did not maintain a current written list of all children?s sensitivities and dietary restrictions. Evidence: 1. In the toddler class, Child #2 had three bottles of oat milk in the refrigerator, staff stated the child had a milk sensitivity. The sensitivity was not listed on the allergy/dietary/food sensitivity list dated 2/9/2023 posted in the classroom. 2. In the School Age class, teacher stated that two children had milk sensitivities, the sensitivity was not listed on the allergy/dietary/food sensitivity list dated 2/9/2023. 3. In the Early Preschool class, staff reported that three children in the class had milk sensitivities, on the allergy/dietary/food sensitivity list dated 2/9/23 the children were not listed. The teacher wrote the children?s names on a post it note and posted it on the outside of the cabinet.
