Evidence: Interviews revealed that on 2/7/19 at approximately 8 am, child A, 2 years of age was playing and fell into the glass door of the gas fireplace. The gas fireplace was on and the glass door was hot and caused a first degree burn on the child's hand.

On the third shelf of the door of the refrigerator, there was a bottle of Cetirizine and cough syrup. 2. In the basement, in the bathroom that was designated for child use, on the top shelf of the bathroom cabinet, there was a box of unlocked heartburn medication.
