    EVIDENCE: 1. The attendance record for the infant group did not record the arrival of all children. Seven children were in care and the attendance record showed six children in care. 2. The attendance record for the early childhood group showed that there were no children in care. Of the ten children observed in the group, the written record showed that they were not in the center. Staff 5 stated she marked them all off by accident.
