Evidence: 1.In the toddler room, two windowpanes were cracked and would be accessible to the children in care. 2.The flooring in the toddler room was cracked, peeling and started to separate from the floor and would be accessible to the children in care. 3.The floor vents in the preschool room were rusted and were deteriorating in a way that would not allow the vents to lay flat to the floor.
