Evidence: 1. On 10/07/2021 at approximately 11:05 A.M., ten two year olds were left without supervision in the classroom for approximately 45 seconds. 2. Staff #2 was in the restroom with four children assisting with handwashing. Staff #1 was left in the classroom with ten children. Nine children were playing various centers, and one child was sitting at the table drinking water. Staff #1 left the classroom and went into the kitchen and closed the door. The kitchen is adjacent to the classroom. 3. Staff #2 did not communicate with Staff #1 that she was leaving the classroom. The Licensing Inspector was the only adult in the classroom with ten two year olds for approximately 45 seconds.
