Evidence: On the Fire Evacuation Drill Log, in the month of March 2022, a Shelter-In-Place drill was conducted instead of a fire drill. The director stated she didn?t realize she had to do a fire inspection drill if she did a shelter-in-place drill. Shelter-in-place drills are to be conducted twice a year in addition to the monthly fire evacuation drills.
