Evidence: 1) On the date of inspection, cleaning products were observed in areas accessible to children as follows: a) In the bathroom of the care area, a container with a powder cleaner and a bottle of glass cleaner were located inside the cabinet under the bathroom sink. The cabinet doors were did not have a locking mechanism. b) In the room where infants sleep, a bottle of bleach spray was located on a shelf where baby wipes and diapers are stored. This shelf was at a height that could be reached by children.
