The swings/rockers used were from Graco, MommaRoo, and Fisher Price, and all of the manufacturer's stated that they should not be used for sleeping.

B) Child #1 (3 years old) was observed turning around to walk back upstairs. Staff #1 was observed lifting Child #1 from behind and carrying them down the remaining stairs. Staff #1 firmly placed Child #1 at the end of the line with the rest of their classmates. C) Child #1 was observed dropping their jacket on the floor. Staff #1 was observed picking up the jacket and tossing it onto the child's head. D) As the class begins to walk out to the playground, Staff #1 is observed again lifting Child #1 to carry them out to the playground. 2. During an interview, Staff #1 stated that they use a stern/strict tone with children when they are defiant because "it works".
