and operable condition. Unsafe conditions shall include, but not be limited to chipped or peeling paint; visible cracks, bending or warping, rusting or breakage of any equipment. In Classroom A, there was chipped and peeling paint in several areas: along the wall, near the window and on the individual cubbies used for the children.
