During interviews, it was revealed that while Staff #1 was in the infant classroom, the staff used inappropriate language in front of the children when becoming frustrated with other staff and their own child, who was enrolled at the center.

by these standards are in compliance. The center's discipline procedures state "Tiffany's Learning Center does not condone or tolerate the use of physical punishment of any kind on TLC property." On 10/29/25, Staff #1 threw a remote across the classroom at Child #1 (2-years-old) after Child #1 pulled the daily calendar off of the wall. The remote hit Child #1's forehead.
