Should Mae?s Learning Academy terminate care: You are responsible for payment for all days your child is scheduled for care during this time, regardless of whether or not your child is actually present.? 2. The record of child #1, contained documentation of a signed contract dated 06/10/2022. Enrollment for child #1 was terminated by Mae?s Learning Academy on February 16, 2023. A written letter notifying the parents of child #1?s termination was dated February 16, 2023 and given to the parents on February 16, 2023. The center did not follow their own policies and procedures and did not afford the family of child #1 two weeks written notice of termination.
