    1, The hallway leading to classroom5 has a large window with broken window blinds, accessible to children. 2. Peeling paint, flaking and on the ground near the fence on the playground. 3. Large crack with sharp edges and a possible rust stain, in the siding, accessible to children on the playground. 4. Peeling paint on the doors leading into the building, from the playground, accessible to children. 5. Broken, red steering wheel on blue "car" structure. 6. Broken red bench, leaning to one side, creating a possible pinching hazard to children. 7. Hole in yellow play structure with sharp edges on the playground. 8. Weed matting exposed at the bottom of the preschool slide, causing a tripping hazard. 9. Nails exposed and sticking out of the "gazebo" like structure on the playground, causing an impalement or snagging hazard. 10.
