There were two broken toilets covered and unusable in the Preschool 1 classroom. The carpet in Preschool 2 classroom was covered in dirt. The bathroom toilets in Preschool 2 classroom, Classroom 4A, and Classroom TKB were visibly dirty around the bottom of each of the toilets. The Junior KLubmate classroom had peeling paint near the window and by the right of the classroom door. The Learning adventures classroom carpet was dirty and had a visible stain.

In the Toddler classroom, a blue sofa had a rip in the fabric approximately 1 inch on top. 3. On the playground, a small ride on toy was splintering at the bottom base. The door strips were falling off the red door and the paint was peeling to the right of the door and bottom left of the door.
