    8VAC20-790-260-A · Repeat Violation:

Areas of the family day home were not maintained in a safe condition. A large flat screen television is sat on top of bending plank of particle board that is straddled between two bricks jutting perpendicular from the edges of the brick fireplace hearth. The vendor has reenforced the particle board with a metal support along the front facing edge, but the board is still curved from the weight of the television and the board is at risk of breaking. The board and the television are only held in place from gravity. There is a risk of the television falling on top of someone.
