"Employees should use only positive guidance such as redirection, praise and-modeling of pro-social behavior, setting clear expectations and classroom rules, and verbal interventions. The Company defines pro-social behavior skills to be those that children use to interact with others in a respectful and socially appropriate manner resulting in a positive environment and community. Administration acknowledged that Staff #1 did not follow their policy.
