Evidence: Upon arrival at the family day home on 01/25/2024 at approximately 8:30 am the LI (Licensing Inspector) observed 8 children in care with the provider ages, 5 months, 5 months, 17 months, 18 months, 22 months, 2 years, 3 years, and 3 years for a total of 23 points. Upon review of the attendance record it was determined that the provider was caring for children over 16 points beginning at 7:50 am until 8:55 am when staff A arrived at the family day home. The LI confirmed that the work schedule for staff A is 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
