During the inspection, the licensing inspector noticed an unsupervised child (four years old) outside of the playground fence. Staff #2 said the child went inside unsupervised, walked through the building and came out on the opposite side of the building. The licensing inspector observed another unsupervised child (five years old) walking through the building and took the child back to Staff #3 who was in the restroom in another classroom with a group of children. Staff #3 did not realize that the child had left the room and was unsupervised.
