Evidence: 1. In Classroom #1 there was a bottle of Juniper Surface Cleaner with Clorox Bleach setting on a shelf in the closet. The closet was not locked. 2. In Classroom #2 there were two containers of Clorox Disinfectant Wipes sitting on the table as you enter the classroom. The table was accessible to children. 3. Both the Juniper Surface Cleaner, and Clorox Disinfect Wipes stated to "keep out of reach of children". 4. Staff verified that the cleaning materials were not kept in a locked location.
