The center?s termination policies states ?The center director reserves the right to terminate any family, at any time, from the program that is deemed disruptive. As best as possible and prior to this decision, there will be open communication between the child?s guardian, teachers and leadership within the center.? On March 4, 2026, Child #1?s parents were informed that the child?s enrollment was terminated effective immediately without warning or reason. The program confirmed that the family was not disruptive and there was no open communication regarding the decision prior to the decision
