On 6/19/24 S1 was diapering a child in the classroom bathroom, and she heard C1 crying in the classroom. She reported when she finished diapering the child and entered the classroom, she observed C1 crying and that C1?s face and creeks were red. S2 documented in the incident report hearing a child crying and entered the classroom to see what was going on. S2 noticed another child laying on the side of C1. S2 called the child?s name, and the child jumped off C1. S1 reported she picked up C1 and took her out of the classroom and noticed scratches on her face which she washed and cleaned.
