Evidence: 1. In interview, staff reported that on 7/12/2024, two children were told they were not getting a cupcake at a class birthday party due to reported behavioral issues. One child reportedly left for the day before the cupcakes were served and the other child was present when the cupcakes were served and was denied one. 2. Administration acknowledged that the actions taken by the staff were not constructive in nature or intended to redirect the children.
