    On the older children's playground, there was a scooter missing handle bar covers, two bikes with one missing handle bar cover, a bike with two missing handle bar covers. The exposed handle bars are metal and create a scratching hazard. Outside the toddler playground, there was a trashcan with overflow garbage on the ground around it.

There were sharp plastic edges exposed on a play sink in the home living center of the Pre-K 1 classroom. 2.) There is rust exposed and water damage on the bottom of the door in the Pre-K 2 classroom. 3.) The fence surrounding the air conditioning unit on the playground is leaning into the fenced in area. The pole on the fence is rusted with sharp edges exposed. 4.) The bolts on the ground perimeter surrounding the swings has bolts protruding posing tripping hazard.
