Evidence: It was reported through interviews that on 12/01/2023 during rest time staff A was observed using gruff voice tones with child A exclaiming for them to "Go to sleep!" and "Stop that!" Staff A is then observed roughly patting child A on the left arm three times and again gruffly exclaims "Go to sleep!" When child A began to hang their leg off of the cot Staff A tapped child A's leg with their toe and gruffly exclaimed for them to "Get back on your cot!"

    Evidence: 1. The Licensing Inspector (LI) observed a container of shave foam on the sink in the Rhino classroom ( 4/5 year old). The foam was in reach of children and had listed cautions on the back of the container. In the same classroom ( Rhino) the LI observed disinfectant solution, disinfectant wipes and adhesive remover in a cabinet above the sink. The cabinet was unlocked. 2) The LI observe a bottle of disinfectant solution on a shelf in the bathroom in the 3 year old classroom, although the solution was inaccessible, it was not locked.
