A 45 second video, posted by a passerby on Facebook (FDH-1108924(06-06-2023)v1.mov), shows Child #1 getting off the Power Wheels tractor in the middle of the road, turning it around, and driving back down the middle of the road in the direction of the family day home. Cars are stopped on each side of the road. 3. The provider confirmed that she was not aware that the child had left the house and once she found Child #1, she was the end of the driveway, returning from driving in the road.
