Evidence: During interviews, it was reported that on June 25, 2024, the center posted confidential information pertaining to Child #1 on a refrigerator in the Infant classroom. The refrigerator is accessible to other parents of children enrolled in the classroom. Upon review of the document that was posted, it was determined that the information included the child?s name, the child's parent's name, and information regarding a medical condition.
