Evidence: 1)On 1/10/2023 at approximately 6:20pm, a parent reported to management after picking up her child from the center, that Child #1 (age 7 years old) stated to the parent that their teacher had picked the child up by their arm and the child had marks on their arm. Management staff looked at the child?s arm and confirmed seeing redness on the child?s arm on 1/10/23. 2)The parent sent photos of the child?s arm to management on 1/10/23 at approximately 6:23pm, on 1/10/23 at approximately 8:47pm, and on 1/12/23 at approximately 7:02am. 3)Based on documentation and interview, the center reported the incident to Child Protective Services ( CPS

This occurred approximately 3-5 days per week. 2)In the Toddler classroom, Staff stated that at approximately 6:30am for 10 minutes on approximately 4-5 days per week, they were with up to 20 children present where the youngest child was aged 16 months-24 months with only 1 staff member. 3)In the Toddler classroom, Staff stated that 1 staff member comes in and out of the classroom for a period of approximately 5 minutes at a time leaving only 2 staff members with up to 15 children ages 16 months-24 months. Staff stated this occurred about a dozen times in the last 2 weeks.
