Evidence: 1. The director stated the center policy for storage of hazardous substances is for hazardous substances to be on shelfs our of reach of children or locked in a cabinet. 2. In the second classroom, Lysol spray and disinfecting wipes were on a low open shelf. A spray bottle with a bleach and water mixture was in an unlocked cabinet. 3. In the fifth classroom, a plastic basket labeled sanitation station basket was on the counter beside the sink used by children. The basket contained Lysol spray and a spray bottle with bleach water in it. 3. The hall closet was unlocked and floor cleaner was on the floor.
