Evidence: On 2/29/24 staff #1 was seen on video sitting in a chair in the area used by the children (gymnasium) while 4 children were fighting, 2 boys and 2 girls. The video showed that the staff member was positioned to see this fight and did not intervene but continued to stay seated. The fight started at approximately 4:51pm and continued until approximately 4:55pm; according to the time on the video. Staff #1 did not ensure the care, protection, and guidance of these children during this as she did not intervene as required. The fight was not addressed in any manner until staff #2 returned to the gym and intervened at approximately 4:55pm.
