Evidence: 4 cribs in the infant classroom were found to have peeling paint on all top edges. 1 rocking/ bouncy seat was observed to have a bolt sticking out of the attached base. There is an exposed water drainage tube that is exposed directly in front of the gate used to enter the playground ( tripping hazard). Mulch needs to be redistributed on the playground, currently observed to be uneven leaving large areas uncovered under swings.
