At the time of the inspection, the children?s outdoor play area had several wooden fence boards that were protruding and not attached at the bottom. The handrails leading to the porch were splintered. Two areas along the edge of a concrete slab were cracked and uneven, creating a tripping hazard. One bench was missing a wooden slat, and another bench was deteriorated and broken.
