Staff #1 was observed by Staff #2 and Staff #3 placing their hand on Child #1's right cheek and moving their face to the front position to face forward. 2. Staff #1 stated " I was trying to move [them] around. I moved [their] head with my hand, but not in a harsh way." 3. Staff #2 and Staff #3 stated that Child #1 did not cry after Staff #1 moved Child #1's face to the front position to face forward.
