First Aid and CPR certifications were not found in Staff #5's record.

8VAC20-780-240-I · Documentation of orientation training shall be kept by the center in a manner that allows for identification by individual staff member.

Staff #4, who has been employed for more than three months did not have documentation of orientation training.

8VAC20-790-600-D-2 · All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of

employment shall have current CPR/First Aid certification. Staff #1 who has been employed for more than 90 days did not have current CPR/First Aid certification. Certification expired in 02/2025.

8VAC20-780-80-A · For each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.

There were a total of 26 children present during the inspection. All 26 children were recorded that they had departed on the written record of attendance for 04/01/2025.

8VAC20-790-600-D-1 · Based on staff record review, the center did not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.

Evidence: Staff #1, date of hire: 05/27/2017, did not have current certification in CPR during the inspection.
