Several children were play fighting, running, standing on cafeteria tables tools, and roughhousing while waiting to transition from snack to tutoring. Three staff members were at a table working on attendance and one staff member was positioned at the doorway. Staff did not redirect the children's behaviors for approximately 5 mins.
