    1. On 12/5/2026, in the Preschool Classroom, Child A was pushing classmates and Staff A encouraged the children to push Child A back. 2. On 12/23/2026, in the Preschool Classroom Child A was throwing toys at classmates, and staff were not able to get Child A to stop throwing the toys. Staff B lifted Child A up in the air by the back of the child?s shirt to remove Child A from the area. 3. On one occasion in the Preschool Classroom, Staff A tossed several children?s name tags out of the classroom door, because the children were not listening during circle time and Staff A stated the children did not want to be in school. 4. On one instance in the Preschool classroom, Child A started to shove their peers and Staff A shoved Child A to the corner of the room while speaking in a stern tone. When Child A tried to leave, Staff A shoved them back to the corner. 5. On one instance in the Preschool Classroom, Staff B was pouring milk for a child that requested she ?Put milk in my cup?. Staff B responded by saying, ?I am not your slave, give me a second?.
