Evidence: The center self-reported an incident that occurred on the afternoon of 6/20/23. The infant room teacher had a bathroom emergency, asking the toddler teacher to quickly supervise both rooms, as she went into the bathroom located in the classroom. The toddler teacher stood in the doorway that is between both rooms, so she could see into both rooms. In doing so the ratio was not met in either room for approximately 2-3 minutes. Only staff who are directly supervising children may be counted in ratio for each grouping of children.
